Ryden International, founded in Nairobi in 1996, offers property services in Kenya and across East Africa. We are Registered Valuers and undertake the valuation of all types of real estate, including residential and commercial property in Nairobi, Mombasa, Naivasha, and other centres throughout Kenya. We have a particular expertise in rural Kenya property matters covering ranches, farms, horticulture, floriculture and eco-tourism projects in Kenya.

Our Estate Agency services cover the sale and lease of all types of property from Nairobi houses to upcountry farms in Laikipia, Naivasha and coast villas on the Indian Ocean - and everything in between.

Ryden International is accredited to undertake Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA's) and Audits in compliance with the Kenya's National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) regulations.

We are consultants to the telecommunications industry, providing site acquisition services to most of the main mobile phone operators active in Kenya. We have acquired over 800 mast sites on behalf of our clients since 2000.

Based at our modern offices at Bemuda Plaza on Ngong Road, Nairobi, we have a professional workforce of 10, with an extensive experience in and knowledge of all facets of the Kenyan property market.
